In one line — this app collects no personal information at all: no name, email, phone number or location. There is no account, learning progress stays on the device and is never uploaded, and the app contains no advertising or analytics.
본 개인정보처리방침은 모바일 애플리케이션 「우리아이 한글떼기」(이하 "본 앱")에 적용됩니다. 본 앱은 개인 개발자 ozzywow(Jinguk Hong, 이하 "개발자")가 개발·운영합니다. 본 앱은 미취학 아동을 포함한 어린이가 사용하는 것을 전제로 설계되었으며, 그에 맞추어 개인정보를 수집하지 않는 방식으로 만들었습니다.
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Hangul for Kids" (우리아이 한글떼기) (the "Application"), developed and operated by the independent developer ozzywow (Jinguk Hong) (the "Developer"). The Application is designed for children, including pre-school children, and is deliberately built so that no personal information needs to be collected.

The Application collects no personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

There is no sign-up or login, and no account identifying the user is ever created.
학습 기능을 위해 다음 정보가 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 개발자에게 전송되지 않으며, 개발자는 이를 열람할 수 없습니다.
To make the learning features work, the following is stored only on the user's own device. It is never transmitted to the Developer, and the Developer has no way to read it.

Deleting the app removes this data with it. It can also be cleared at any time with the Reset button on the settings screen.

The Application communicates with the store's billing service only to verify and restore purchases. Any information handled in that process is governed by the relevant provider's own privacy policy:

The Application contains no advertising. It includes no ad SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no tracking pixels and no cookies, and does no profiling for targeted advertising. There is no way for a child to tap an ad and be taken to an outside site or store.

The app does not request location, contacts, storage, camera or microphone permissions.
개발자는 수집하는 개인정보가 없으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매·공유할 개인정보 또한 없습니다. 앞서 밝힌 스토어 결제 처리(Google, Apple) 외에 이용자 정보를 넘기는 외부 서비스는 사용하지 않습니다.
Because no personal information is collected, there is none to sell, share or disclose to anyone. Apart from the store billing described above (Google, Apple), the Application uses no external service that would receive user information.
본 앱은 어린이를 주된 이용자로 하는 교육용 앱입니다. 개발자는 만 14세 미만 아동을 포함한 어떠한 이용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 아동에게 개인정보 입력을 요구하지 않습니다.
This is an educational app whose primary users are children. The Developer does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 14 (or the relevant age of digital consent), and the app never asks a child to enter personal information.

This approach is consistent with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Article 8 of the EU GDPR, and the children's provisions of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. The Developer holds no user personal information. The learning data on the device is erased as soon as the user deletes the app or uses the Reset function.

If you email us with a question, that message is used only to answer you and is deleted within a reasonable period afterwards.
이용자(또는 아동의 법정대리인)는 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 권리가 있습니다. 다만 본 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 실무적으로 요청 대상이 되는 정보가 존재하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 직접 삭제하실 수 있습니다.
You (or a child's legal guardian) have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data. In practice there is no such data here, because none is collected; the information on the device is under your own control and can be deleted by you at any time.
EEA·영국 거주자는 GDPR에 따른 권리를, 캘리포니아 주민은 CCPA/CPRA에 따른 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
Residents of the EEA and UK may exercise their GDPR rights, and California residents their CCPA/CPRA rights. The Developer does not sell or share personal information.

Since no personal information is collected, none is transferred abroad. Any international transfer that occurs while Google or Apple processes a purchase is governed by their own policies.

Not collecting personal information in the first place is the strongest protection available, and that is the design we chose. Where the app talks to store billing services, it uses the encrypted connections those platforms provide.
